Job Title: Help Desk Technician

In this role, you will be the first line of defense for all IT interaction with clients. You will not have to leave the office. The field team will handle on-site required calls when escalated. You will be required to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair computer, network, and software issues. Exceptional customer service is a must! This position will be held out of either the Glen Rose or Grand Prairie office based on candidates home location.

 Requirements

 -Minimum 2-3 Years Experience as a Network Technician/Network Administrator (MCSA required, MCITP a plus)

-Maintenance, Troubleshooting of Microsoft Servers 2000/2003/2008/Small Business Server 2003/2008

-A strong understanding of XP Professional, Vista and Win 7

-A strong understanding of Office 2007/2010

-Active Directory Management and Troubleshooting

-Knowledge of machine imaging

-Knowledge of virtualization

-Experience with configuring Firewalls/Routers (Cisco, SonicWALL, etc)

-A core understanding of routing

-Basic/Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Setup, Configuration, Maintenance and Troubleshooting

-Wireless Experience with 802.11a/b/g. Configuring Wireless Access Security (WEP, WPA, Radius a plus)

-A core understanding of the Cloud Computing concept

-QuickBooks knowledge a plus (not use, just support of)

-Strong interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate with users and vendors

-Passion for teamwork, continuing education, problem solving and exceptional customer service (please don’t apply if you lack any of these key characteristics)

-Must be well spoken, outgoing, organized, detailed-orientated, dependable and flexible

-The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements
